We have a complete return and refund policy:

We do not accept exchange requests for any products.

The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer.

Products can be returned and refunded within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please request one via our return process. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the product price for eligible returns.
How it works:
You can email us at support@quikory.com, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm (ET).
We will provide you with a return address so that you can send the product back to us.
- Step 1: Put unused products into the original packaging.
- Step 2: Email support@quikory.com to request a return shipping label. Please include your order number in your email.
- Step 3: Ship the items back using the instructions provided.
- Step 4: A refund will be issued once the items are received and inspected. The return address will be provided via email after your request is approved.
After receiving your return, we will evaluate it within 3 business days.
You will be notified of approval or rejection within 1 business day.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Once approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped or after 3 hours of being placed.
Our team processes orders quickly. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@quikory.com as soon as possible.
Lost or Missing Packages
Please use your tracking number to check the status of your package.
If the tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, or if there has been no update for an extended period, please contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can assist you.
Unsuccessful Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order.
We are not responsible for any losses, delays, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
